Contenzio, LLC, doing business as Convert With Content ("CWC," "we," "us"), runs convertwithcontent.com. We help small businesses and agencies get found in search and AI answers through AI Visibility, AI Content Production, AI Advertising, and agency white-label services. This policy explains what we collect on this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you ask for a free audit or report, or contact us, we collect:

your name
your work email
your website address
whether you're a business or an agency (on some forms)
anything you write to us

Our forms also record which page you used. If you become a customer, we also collect billing and contact details and the access you give us to your accounts so we can do the work.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, our hosting provider and analytics tools record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site that sent you. Some of this uses cookies (see below).

We never ask for card numbers on this site. Payments are made by invoice through our payment processor.

How we use it

To prepare and send the free audit or report you asked for.
To reply to you and send proposals you've asked for.
To provide, bill, and support the services our customers buy.
To send occasional emails about our services. You can unsubscribe from any of them with one click.
To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
To protect the site from spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

Free reports, no strings attached

A free audit or report doesn't commit you to anything. After we send it, we may follow up once to see if you have questions, and we may send occasional marketing emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to stop them.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-site advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business. They may use it only to provide their service to us:

Webflow hosts this site and stores form submissions.
HubSpot is our customer database and email inbox. Form notifications go to our support inbox, which runs on HubSpot.
Google provides Google Analytics 4 (site statistics) and Google Workspace (email and documents).
Shopper Approved collects and shows verified customer reviews. If you're a customer, it may email you to ask for a review.
Spam protection on our forms (such as Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA) checks that a real person is submitting.
AI providers such as Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) help us research and draft work (see below).
Payment, accounting, and project-management tools we use to serve customers.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

AI-assisted work

We use AI tools to research, draft, and produce content, and people on our team review the work before it's delivered. When we use customer information in these tools, we use business accounts whose terms say the provider does not use that information to train its models. We don't put sensitive personal information into AI tools.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files your browser stores. This site uses:

Analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4, which count visits and show how pages are used. Google's use of this data is covered by its own privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Security cookies from our form spam protection.
Third-party content, such as the Shopper Approved review seal, which loads from Shopper Approved's servers.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals. We don't sell or share data for advertising, so these signals don't change what we do.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and free-report records for up to 3 years after our last contact with you. We keep customer records for as long as we provide services and afterward as long as tax, accounting, or legal rules require. Then we delete or anonymize them.

How we protect it

The whole site uses HTTPS encryption. Only staff and contractors who need your information can see it, and our providers use industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing emails. Email support@convertwithcontent.com. We'll respond within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first.

California residents: we don't sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms. You can make the requests above at any time, and we won't treat you differently for making them.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Other websites

Our site links to other websites, including review and social media sites. Their own privacy policies apply, and we're not responsible for them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
